What the certificate will not do for you

It will not make you a Registered Dietitian, it will not secure Indian Dietetic Association registration, and it is not a UGC degree. Those routes require a BSc or an MSc. It also does not qualify anyone to provide clinical medical nutrition therapy for a diagnosed condition. It is skill-enhancement training, verifiable, assessed, and useful for wellness counselling, coaching, community nutrition, food business and preventive health work.
