Corporate Wellness Training

NNWA corporate wellness training brings practical, bilingual nutrition and lifestyle education into the workplace. Delivered online in English and Hindi, it helps teams build sustainable everyday habits around balanced Indian meals, energy and stress. Sessions are general wellness education, not medical treatment, and NNWA tailors the content to each organisation on request.

01In detail

What Corporate Wellness Training involves

What is NNWA corporate wellness training?

Corporate wellness training from the Nutrition & Wellness Academy (NNWA) brings practical nutrition and lifestyle education into the workplace. Sessions are designed for teams rather than individuals, translating credible nutrition science into habits people can actually keep during a working week. The tone stays supportive and judgement-free.

Delivery is online in English and Hindi, which makes it straightforward to run for distributed teams across different Indian cities and time zones.

Who is corporate training for?

It suits employers who want to support staff wellbeing without medicalising it: human resources and people teams, startups, and organisations running wellness weeks or ongoing health initiatives.

  • HR and people teams building a preventive wellness programme
  • Companies with desk-bound staff facing fatigue, poor lunches or irregular routines
  • Organisations wanting bilingual sessions that reach the whole workforce

What does the training cover?

Content is grounded in the ICMR-NIN Dietary Guidelines for Indians and World Health Organization (WHO) guidance, and is kept practical for everyday Indian eating. Sessions favour small, repeatable changes over strict rules, because habits that survive a busy office are the ones that last.

  • Balanced Indian plates, portion awareness and smart canteen or tiffin choices
  • Energy, sleep and stress: how everyday food and routine affect focus
  • Simple habits for hydration, snacking and long hours at a desk

Is this medical or clinical advice?

No. Corporate sessions are general wellness education, not diagnosis or treatment. Anyone with a medical condition is encouraged to consult their own doctor or a registered dietitian for personalised advice, and NNWA trainers make that boundary clear.

To arrange a session or discuss a programme for your organisation, use the enquiry form so NNWA can tailor the content to your team. The goal is a healthier, more energetic team, not a short-lived challenge that fades after a week.

02The rest of the family

What else does NNWA run alongside its courses?

Corporate Wellness Training is one of 6 NNWA (Nutrition & Wellness Academy) initiatives. The others are below.
