About NNWA

Learner Documentation

This page collects the paperwork of studying at Nutrition & Wellness Academy (NNWA) in one place: what admissions and eligibility ask for, how fees and EMI work, how classes, recordings and mentor-marked assignments run, what the certificate states, how to verify one free of charge, and where the privacy, terms and refund policies sit.

01

The sections below are grouped the way the paperwork actually happens: what to sort out before you enrol, what to expect while you are studying, and what you are left holding once a course ends. Each one links to the page that carries the full detail; this page only summarises, so treat the linked page as the source and this one as the map.

Before you enrol

Two questions come first: are you eligible, and how will you pay. Eligibility sets out who each course is open to; most short courses and the Diploma ask only for a Class 12 pass in any stream, while the Post Graduation Diploma requires a degree in any discipline. Admissions walks through the steps from enquiry to a confirmed seat, and fees and EMI lays out the payment options, including instalments, education-loan EMI and a seat deposit that holds a place.

A course brochure is useful if you want the structure and details on hand before you decide; brochures for the courses sit on the brochures page. A counsellor can answer any question about what a specific course or programme expects before you commit, and will confirm exactly what is needed at enrolment stage.

While you study

Classes are live and recorded, so a missed session is not a missed topic. Learning experience describes how the timetable, recordings and lifetime access work, alongside the printed books that are couriered to you and the assignments that come back with mentor feedback rather than an automated score.

Assignments are set through the course and marked by a working practitioner, not scored by a machine, so the feedback you get back speaks to the specific answer you gave. Recorded sessions stay available for as long as you need them, which matters if a live class falls at an awkward hour or you want to revisit a module before an assignment.

There is nothing further to file or submit during the course itself beyond the assignments each module sets. Support for questions about a specific module sits with the class; questions about your enrolment, fees or certificate are better directed to a counsellor, who is reachable at any hour by call or WhatsApp.

When you finish

A completed course ends with a certificate that names the qualification in full and carries a unique certificate ID. Sample certificate shows what one looks like before you finish, and verify is where anyone, including a prospective employer, can confirm a certificate is genuine using that ID, free of charge.

Eligible learners on the flagship programmes also receive an NCrF Level-4 skill certificate issued in association with Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim. NNWA programmes are private skill-enhancement courses and diplomas, not UGC- or NCAHP-recognised degrees, and completing one does not confer the statutory title of Registered Dietitian or any equivalent licensed clinical role.

Where the policies live

The rest of the paperwork is standard, and each piece has its own page rather than being buried in this one.

  • Privacy policy — what data is collected and how it is used
  • Terms of use — the terms that govern using the site and its courses
  • Refund policy — refunds and cancellation, including timelines and exceptions

Read the relevant one before you pay a fee or submit a form; none of them are summarised further here on purpose.

02Questions

What people ask about Learner Documentation

Expand any question to read the answer in full.

What documents do I need to enrol at NNWA?

Most courses ask only that you have passed Class 12 (10+2) in any stream; no science background is required. The Post Graduation Diploma is different: it requires a degree in any discipline, since it is open to graduates only. Full detail on who each course accepts sits on the eligibility page, and the admissions page covers the steps in order.

How do I check if an NNWA certificate is genuine?

Every certificate carries a unique certificate ID. Enter it on the verify page to confirm the certificate is genuine, free of charge, which is useful for an employer checking a certificate presented to them.

Still deciding which course fits?

A counsellor will look at your background and tell you honestly which programme fits — including telling you when a shorter, cheaper course is the better answer.
