No. It is a supportive, educational course focused on healthy-weight coaching, not medical obesity treatment. Clients with clinical obesity or related conditions should be referred to a doctor or registered dietitian.
Is it a recognised degree or dietitian qualification?
No. It is an NNWA skill-enhancement certificate, not a UGC degree and not IDA or Registered Dietitian status. It builds practical, evidence-based coaching skills.
Will it teach fad diets or quick fixes?
No, deliberately. The whole approach is sustainable, evidence-based fat loss built on energy balance and habit change rather than crash diets.
What background do I need?
