Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026. Because NNWA delivers digital, online education (recorded lessons, live sessions, downloadable materials and LMS access), fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once paid, except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.
Duplicate, failed or incorrect payments
If charged more than once for the same enrolment, or an amount is debited without enrolment being confirmed, learners receive a full refund of the erroneous charge.
Cancellation by NNWA
If NNWA cancels a batch or programme before it begins for reasons attributable to NNWA, learners may choose a full refund or transfer to another batch/programme.
EMI and education-loan payments
Where fees are paid through EMI or a third-party education-loan provider, any approved refund is processed in line with this policy and the provider's own terms.

A counsellor will look at your background and tell you honestly which programme fits — including telling you when a shorter, cheaper course is the better answer.
