Where the honest limits are

Neither certificate is a degree. Neither makes you a Registered Dietitian, and neither gives Indian Dietetic Association registration, because those require a BSc or MSc in nutrition or dietetics. Neither qualifies you to prescribe medical nutrition therapy for a diagnosed illness.
