Is this course suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. It is a beginner-level course designed to take you from enthusiast to floor-ready gym instructor, with no prior qualification required. It is taught online in English and Hindi.

Is it an accredited or government-recognised certificate?

It is an NNWA skill-enhancement certificate, not a UGC degree or a statutory licence. Gyms value it as proof that you can work safely and helpfully on the floor.

Will this qualify me as a personal trainer?

It gives you the gym-floor foundation. Many learners go on to an advanced personal training course afterwards to move into one-to-one coaching.

How is the course delivered?

Online over two months, with recorded sessions you keep for lifetime access and mentor support throughout. EMI options are available.

Do I need my own gym to complete it?

Access to a gym helps you practise, but it is not essential to complete the course, which is delivered and assessed online.
