What do people ask before enrolling on the Plant-Based Nutrition?
Can you get enough protein and nutrients without meat?
Yes. With planning, vegetarian and vegan diets can meet protein and most nutrient needs, which is exactly what this course teaches. A few nutrients such as B12 need particular attention, and the course shows you how. For any medical condition, individual advice from a dietitian still applies.
What certificate do I get?
You earn an NNWA skill-enhancement certificate in Plant-Based & Vegan Nutrition. It recognises your practical knowledge; it is not a UGC degree and does not make you a clinical dietitian. It suits coaches and home cooks wanting a credible specialisation.
Is this course only for vegans?
No. It suits vegetarians, aspiring vegans and anyone wanting more plant-based meals. You do not have to give up all animal foods to benefit. The principles work whether you go fully plant-based or simply eat that way more often.
Do I need supplements on a plant-based diet?
It depends. Some nutrients such as B12 are hard to get from plants alone, while others can come entirely from food. The course helps you tell the difference rather than defaulting to pills. Where a supplement is wise, you will understand why.
How is the course delivered?
It is fully online and runs over about six weeks, taught in English and Hindi. You get lifetime access to recordings and mentor support throughout. Fees can be paid in full or through EMI.
