Compare NNWA Programmes: Find the Right Course
NNWA offers three routes: the flagship Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics & Public Health for a complete foundation, focused short courses to specialise in areas like sports or clinical nutrition, and a shorter Certification in Nutrition for a quick, credible introduction. All are online and mentor-supported; choose by how much breadth, depth and time you want.

Which NNWA course is right for you?
Four situations, and the course each one points to.
- 01
Changing career: take the Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics & Public Health
6 Months, ₹29,999, 12 certificates. It is the only NNWA course that carries the National Credit Framework (NCrF) Level-4 skill certificate.
- 02
Already a graduate: take the Post Graduation Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics & Public Health
1 Year, ₹59,999, and open at graduate / professional level. It assumes a degree in any discipline rather than teaching from scratch.
- 03
Testing the water: take one specialisation
NNWA's 70 short courses start at ₹2,999 and each ends in its own named certificate, so a single subject can be tried before committing to a diploma.
- 04
Already practising: stack specialisations
Doctors, physiotherapists and fitness coaches commonly take two or three NNWA short courses in the areas their own clients ask about, rather than a full diploma.

How do NNWA's programmes differ?
NNWA offers three broad choices: the flagship Diploma, a range of focused short courses, and a shorter Certification in Nutrition. They differ in breadth, depth and time commitment, not in teaching quality. All are online, bilingual and mentor-supported.
The right pick depends on your goal: a complete grounding, a single specialism, or a quick and credible introduction.
Who is the Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics & Public Health for?
The Diploma is the most comprehensive programme. It builds nutrition knowledge from the ground up across dietetics, public health and applied practice, and awards at least two certificates. It suits people who want a thorough foundation: career changers, aspiring wellness coaches and healthcare workers broadening their skills.
Because it is the widest programme, it also asks for the most time and carries the flagship fee, which is available with EMI (equated monthly instalment) plans.
When should you choose a short course instead?
Short courses go deep on one area, for example Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, Sports Nutrition, Women's Health & PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) Nutrition, or Diabetes & Metabolic Nutrition. They are the right choice when you already have a foundation, or a specific interest, and want focused skills quickly.
Many learners take the Diploma first and add a short specialisation later.
What about the Certification in Nutrition?
The Certification in Nutrition is a shorter, entry-level option. It gives a credible introduction to core concepts in less time than the Diploma, making it a good starting point if you are testing your interest or need a quick, verifiable certificate.
Which NNWA course is right for you?
As a simple guide: choose the Diploma for a complete foundation, a short course to specialise, and the Certification for a fast introduction. All three lead to digitally verifiable certificates.
One honest note: NNWA issues skill-enhancement certificates, not University Grants Commission (UGC) degrees. None of these programmes makes you a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) registration. That pathway needs a BSc or MSc in dietetics. NNWA is built to give you practical, applied nutrition skills you can use in wellness and community settings.

Choose the Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics & Public Health for a complete foundation, and a short course when you want focused skills in one area such as sports or clinical nutrition.
What is the difference between the Diploma and the Certification in Nutrition?
The Diploma is broad and in-depth across dietetics and public health, while the Certification is a shorter, entry-level introduction to core concepts.

Yes. Many learners complete the Diploma first and add a short specialisation later, or start with the Certification and progress from there.
