- Alumni Portal Visibility: Your basic profile (Name, Certification, City) may be made visible to potential employers or recruiters on our exclusive Alumni Portal unless you opt-out in writing.

DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY WAIVER
1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY (NO MEDICAL ADVICE)
The content, courses, and certifications provided by NNWA (including the Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics and Personal Training) are strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
- Not a Medical Substitute: Nothing contained in our curriculum, videos, or faculty interactions is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Enrollment in our courses does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between the student and NNWA faculty (even if the faculty member is a medical doctor).
- Consultation: We strongly advise all students and their future clients to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any specific medical condition before making dietary changes or starting a fitness regime.
2. LIMITATION OF SCOPE OF PRACTICE
NNWA provides certification in wellness and lifestyle management. It does not authorize students to practice medicine, prescribe medication, or treat complex pathologies unless they hold a prior medical degree licensed by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant authorities.
- Student Liability: NNWA explicitly disclaims liability for any actions, advice, or dietary plans prescribed by our students/graduates to their clients. Students are solely responsible for working within their legal scope of practice and adhering to the ethical guidelines of the industry.
3. “PLACEMENT SUPPORT” DISCLAIMER
While NNWA offers “100% Placement Support” and utilizes a strong network of industry associations to assist students:
- No Employment Guarantee: “Support” includes interview scheduling, resume building, and access to the Alumni Portal. It does not guarantee a job offer, a specific salary package, or employment in a specific location.
- Market Conditions: Final employment is subject to the student’s performance in interviews, their skill set, and prevailing market conditions. NNWA is not liable for unemployment or career stagnation post-certification.
4. PHYSICAL SAFETY WAIVER (ONLINE TRAINING MODEL)
Given that NNWA operates on a fully online model without physical supervision at training centers:
- Assumption of Risk: Students acknowledge that participating in the “Diploma in Personal Training” or any practical fitness module involves inherent risks of physical injury. By practicing these exercises at home or in their own gyms, students assume full responsibility for their safety.
- Environment: It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their practice environment is safe and free of hazards. NNWA is not liable for injuries sustained during remote/online practical sessions or self-practice.
5. EARNINGS AND RESULT DISCLAIMER
- No Income Promise: Any case studies or testimonials regarding the income of past alumni are examples of what is possible, not assurances of what you will earn. Financial success depends on individual effort, business acumen, and market factors.
- Client Results: NNWA does not guarantee that the diet or fitness plans created by students using our methodology will yield specific results (e.g., “10 kg weight loss in 1 month”) for every client, as human physiology varies.
6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND PRODUCTS
- Neutrality: While we may maintain a neutral approach to product endorsements, our course may mention specific supplements, apps, or equipment for educational context. This does not constitute a warranty of the safety or effectiveness of those third-party products.
- Affiliations: Any external links or software tools recommended during the course are used at the student’s discretion and risk.
Next Step: Since you are operating in the Indian EdTech space (which sees high dispute rates regarding fees), would you like me to draft a “Refund and Cancellation Policy” that specifically addresses EMI cancellations and “Access to Digital Content” rules?
