Do I need any prior qualification to join?
No prior degree or certification is required. This course starts from foundational anatomy and builds up to advanced performance physiology. A passion for fitness and a 10+2 education is all you need.
What does the Hormonal Optimisation module cover?
This module covers the endocrine system, how hormones like testosterone, GH and cortisol affect body composition, and science-backed strategies to naturally optimise these hormones through training, nutrition and lifestyle. We also include an educational review of how certain prohibited compounds work — so coaches can recognise them and guide clients toward safe, legal alternatives. No illegal substances are endorsed or promoted.
Are all 7 certificates issued on course completion?
Yes. Upon successfully completing all modules and assessments, you receive all 7 certificates together — both digital (instant) and physical (couriered). Each certificate is independently valid and can be listed separately on your professional profiles.
Can I do this course online from anywhere in India?
The full theoretical curriculum is online with recorded + live sessions. The 100-hour practicum can be completed at any of our 40+ partner gyms across India. The CPR+AED add-on requires a one-day in-person workshop at a nearby NNWA centre.
Is EMI available on the course fee?
Yes! We offer 0% interest EMI via Razorpay starting from ₹2,250/month for 12 months on the main diploma. EMI is also available on the bundle. All major credit/debit cards and UPI are accepted.
Is the CPR + AED add-on internationally recognised?
Yes. The CPR + First Aid + AED certification is internationally recognised and accepted by gyms, health clubs and sports organisations globally. It is valid for 2 years and can be renewed with a refresher course.
