Great teaching and great practice belong together. Alongside our academy, NNWA's associated clinic and wellness consultancy offers personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance to individuals who want trustworthy, practical help with their health. It is where the principles we teach come to life in one-to-one care — and where our learners can see evidence-based practice in action.

Our consultations are grounded in real nutrition science and Indian dietary realities, delivered by qualified practitioners who listen first and prescribe sensibly. There are no fad diets, no impossible regimes and no false promises here — just clear, personalised plans built around your body, your goals and the food you actually eat. We work with you patiently, and always within ethical, professional boundaries.

How a consultation works

Your first consultation begins with listening. A practitioner takes time to understand your health history, lifestyle, food habits, goals and any conditions or reports you bring. From there, you receive a clear, personalised plan you can realistically follow — explained in plain language, in English or Hindi. Follow-up sessions track your progress and fine-tune the plan, because real results come from steady, supported adjustment over time, not from a one-off prescription.

Our approach

We are proud to practise responsibly. Our guidance is evidence-based, conservative and personalised, and we work alongside your doctors rather than around them. We will never push miracle cures, extreme restrictions or unnecessary supplements. If something is outside our scope, we will tell you and point you to the right medical professional. This honesty is the same standard we teach our students — and it is exactly what you should expect from anyone guiding your health.

Important: Our consultations provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance and are a complement to, not a substitute for, medical care. For diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition, please consult your doctor. Our practitioners work alongside your medical team, within professional scope.

Who it is for

Our consultancy suits anyone who wants credible, personalised help — people managing lifestyle conditions, those trying to lose or maintain weight sensibly, busy professionals, women navigating specific health stages, and families who simply want to eat better together. If you are tired of conflicting online advice and want a real plan from a real practitioner, we would be glad to help.

Are consultations available online?

Yes. Consultations can be conducted online, so you can get expert guidance wherever you are in India.

Is this a replacement for seeing my doctor?

Why a qualified practitioner matters

The internet is full of conflicting diet advice, and much of it is generic, extreme or simply wrong for an Indian kitchen. A qualified practitioner changes that. They listen to your history, account for your conditions and lifestyle, and build a plan around foods you actually eat — then adjust it as your body responds. That personalisation, grounded in real nutrition science and delivered responsibly, is the difference between a plan you abandon in a week and one that genuinely improves your health.

What makes our plans different

Our guidance is realistic by design. We do not hand you a punishing chart and wish you luck; we craft something you can live with, explain the reasoning so you understand it, and support you through follow-ups. We stay firmly within our scope, coordinate with your doctors, and never push unnecessary supplements or miracle fixes. It is the same honest, practical philosophy that defines our academy — applied, here, directly to your wellbeing.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies with your goals. Many people start with an initial consultation and a few follow-ups; your practitioner will recommend a sensible rhythm.

Can you work with my existing medical reports?

Yes. Bringing recent reports helps your practitioner tailor safer, more effective guidance, always alongside your doctor's care.
